We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your package. Our Candles are dispatched from the United States

Internationally shipped items may incur additional costs that may you need to be aware of depending on the country you are ordering from.

We offer returns within 30 days as long as your purchase is in the same condition in which you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless the item is deemed to be faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may request photos or additional information to facilitate the return process.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
