We want you to love your EcoWorthPro candles as much as we love creating them. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.To start a return, email: support@ecoworthpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
Your candle must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your candle arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or Opened candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
