🕯️ What type of wax do you use?
We use a natural soy or coconut–apricot wax blend that is clean-burning, vegan, and free from paraffin, toxins, and synthetic dyes.Every candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality, safety, and a beautifully consistent burn.
🌱 Are your candles cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. All EcoWorthPro candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
We never use animal-derived ingredients, and we never test on animals.
🔥 How should I burn my candle for best results?
To enjoy a clean, even, long-lasting burn:
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use
Allow the wax to melt fully to the jar edges on the first burn (2–3 hours)
Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time
Keep away from drafts, children, and pets
These steps help prevent tunneling and promote a smooth, even melt pool.

🕰️ How long will my candle last?
Approximate burn times:
11 oz: Up to 65 hours
9 oz: Up to 60 hours
4 oz: Up to 25 hours
Burn times may vary depending on room conditions and wick maintenance.
📦 What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your candle arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, please email us at
support@ecoworthpro.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include the following:
Your order number
Photos of the issue
We’ll replace the candle or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Yes! We offer gift-ready packaging and custom message inserts on select items.

Warm the jar slightly
