Yes. ECOWORTHPRO is a genuine, independently owned online candle store founded in 2025. EcoWorthPro is not affiliated with any other business using a similar name. All EcoWorthPro candles are hand-poured exclusively in the United States.
What type of wax do you use?
We use natural soy wax or coconut-apricot wax that is non-toxic, clean-burning, and 100% vegan. Our candles are free from paraffin, toxins, phthalates, and synthetic dyes, and are made with carefully selected fragrance oils or essential oil blends. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure consistent quality, safety, and an even burn.
Are your candles cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. All EcoWorthPro candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients, and we never test on animals.
Are your candles pet-safe?
Our candles are made with clean-burning waxes and carefully selected fragrance oils that are free from paraffin, phthalates, and harsh toxins. However, pets can have sensitivities to strong scents just like humans. We recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated area and monitoring your pet for any sensitivities. Never leave a burning candle unattended around pets.
How should I burn my candle for the best results?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use. Allow the wax to melt fully to the jar edges on the first burn (approximately 2–3 hours). Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep candles away from drafts, children, and pets. Following these steps helps prevent tunneling and promotes a smooth, even burn.
How long will my candle last?
Approximate burn times:
- 14 oz: Up to 90 hours
- 11 oz: Up to 65 hours
- 9 oz: Up to 60 hours
- 4 oz: Up to 25 hours

How long does shipping and processing take?

What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your candle arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, please email support@ecoworthpro.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the candle or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Do you offer gift packaging or personal messages?
Yes. We offer gift-ready packaging and custom message inserts on select items. Simply choose the “Gift Option” at checkout or email your message to support@ecoworthpro.com after placing your order.
Where are EcoWorthPro candles made?
Every EcoWorthPro candle is hand-poured in the USA using clean, ethically sourced materials and premium fragrance oils or essential oil blends. Our candles are crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours at support@ecoworthpro.com. Once processing or shipping begins, we may not be able to make changes.
How can I recycle or reuse my candle jar?
Once your candle is finished, warm the jar slightly, wipe out any remaining wax, and wash with warm soapy water. Our glass jars are fully recyclable and can also be reused as:

- Pen or makeup holders
- Minimalist home décor
- Storage containers for small essentials
