At ECOWORTHPRO, every candle is hand-poured and packaged with care. We aim to deliver your order safely, sustainably, and on time, so you can enjoy your new favorite scent as soon as possible.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email once it has shipped, including tracking details.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Free)
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and any carrier delays.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries, including the U.K, Canada, Australia, and the EU. Standard International Shipping: 10 -25 business days

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We use minimal packaging materials whenever possible, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Candles are cushioned and well protected.

 

Shipping Delays

While rare, weather, postal strikes, or customs inspections may occasionally cause delays. We’ll always keep you informed and do our best to help track your parcel.
