🕯️ What type of wax do you use?
We use a natural soy or coconut–apricot wax blend that is clean-burning, vegan, and free from paraffin, toxins, and synthetic dyes. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches for quality and consistency.
🌱 Are your candles cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. EcoWorthPro candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
We never use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.
🔥 How should I burn my candle for best results?
To enjoy a long-lasting, clean, even burn:
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.
Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn (2–3 hours).
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
Following these steps ensures a smooth melt pool and prevents tunneling.
🕰️ How long will my candle last?
Approximate burn times:
11 oz: Up to 65 hours
9 oz: Up to 60 hours
4 oz: Up to 25 hours
Burn times may vary based on room conditions and wick care.
📦 What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your candle arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, email us at support@ecoworthpro.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once your candle is finished:
Warm the jar slightly and wipe out any remaining wax.
Wash with warm, soapy water.
