We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your package.

Our candles are dispatched from the United States to ensure fast delivery for U.S. customers.

Please note: For customers outside the U.S., international shipments may incur additional fees depending on your country’s customs and import regulations.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges beyond the 30-day window.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, contact us with photos and details at support@ecoworthpro.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund — whether it has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Please note: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
